General Conditions:
Return Period:
You can return or exchange the product within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
Product Condition:
The product must be unused, in its original condition (with intact packaging and labels).
Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or order number must be provided.
Return Conditions (Refund):
Return requests are accepted only in the following cases:
If you received an incorrect product (we bear the shipping costs).
If the product is defective or damaged during shipping (we bear the costs).
In other cases:
If you decide to return the product without a defect or error, shipping and packaging costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Exchange Conditions:
You can request an exchange for the same value or another product (paying the difference if any).
Exchanged products are subject to the same return conditions mentioned above.
Return/Exchange Procedures:

Send your request via WhatsApp or email, explaining the reason for the request and providing the order number.
Return the product:
We will provide you with the return address, and please send the product with the purchase receipt.
Product Inspection:
The request will be reviewed within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Completing the Request:
In case of approval:
Exchange:
The new product will be shipped within 5 working days.
Financial Refund:
The amount will be refunded via the same payment method within 5 working days.
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel or modify the order only if it has not been shipped yet.
After shipping, the above return and exchange system applies.
Important Notes:
We are not responsible for used or damaged products due to misuse.
Additional fees may apply in special cases (such as re-packaging costs).
